@pnjaban No way Comcast can be worse than DirecTV/AT&T!! I live 5 miles out of town. AT&T internet is so slow, I can't stream live TV. Also, thanks to a dispute between Tegan TV channels, I have been without a CBS local station for 5 days.

@pnjaban I used to work as a "troubleshooter" for Xfinity. Call back, be nice, but ask for a supervisor. Tell them your issue has not been resolved after calling x number of times. (Be truthful.) Supervisors can't troubleshoot, but it's your best bet to get your problem resolved.
