Day 17. They argued with their customer service rep that my USPS change of address wasn't good enough. They still "verified my address."They didn't however come and hook my house up, something I've told them 7 times needed to by done.How long have you been in business @comcast?

Tomorrow will be the 11th business day and 17th day of @Xfinity and @comcast refusing to acknowledge my address exists, despite the fact my neighbor who I share a wall with has service. I'm completely blown away by incompetence. 2 store visits, 3 chats, 1 call, nothing.

@Xfinity I have never been more frustrated with a company than I have for the past few months. 5 years ago I set up Xfinity and technician never showed up (no call or anything). My modem was too old and the wires outside were loose but Xfinity kept telling me to upgrade my plan

@Xfinity I have 100Mbs at my house. Good router, too.It still takes 45 seconds to download a 100Mb podcast on my state-of-the-art iPhone.I don’t think internet speed is the issue. These devices just don’t seem to be up to the challenge yet.
