So let me get this straight, I try to connect to the shoutcast server from the house, on comcast's network, and it wouldn't connect, it kept saying there was an error.

If you can't access a website or shoutcast server on Comcast's network, but you go through your mobile hotspot and it works just fine, that's a comcast issue.

For some ridiculous reason, the past month+ internet with @ComcastCares has been absolutely abysmal. The amount of money I pay for this makes this kind of spotty/intermittent service 100% unacceptable. Maybe #ATT's new fiber optic service in my neighborhood can do better...

Pls I’m begging any of my #amphibia followed hate the mega link for episode 15 and 16? That’s I have left to watch I can’t find it anywhere and Disney now won’t let me use it but we still have WiFi and an account with Comcast just so stupid.
