Foley Mansfield’s Monrovia, CA office is seeking a service-oriented Records & Office Services Clerk. If you are looking to learn new skills, be part of a team, and work for a well-established law firm, apply today!

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scanning, copying, faxing and managing documents. Local pick ups and drop offs as requested.
  • Large Print Projects: Manage and execute large print jobs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Binder Compilation: Organize and compile binders for various legal cases and projects.
  • Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure office supplies are stocked and the work environment is tidy. Maintain and set up conference rooms and kitchen.
  • Document Processing: process transactions from Lexis Nexis and save in the appropriate location in the firms document management system. Various records projects as requested.

This is an entry level position; we will provide training. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Suite, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and must be able to list up to 40 lbs. This position is in person 5 days a week.
