I can't work.I work from home normally, but until @nationalgridus fixes the problem at the line, I can't work.Im just desperate for this to be fixed so I can work.I'm completely powerless to do anything. When they don't show up one day, all I can do is call again.

So National Grid's web site been down for days and NG is saying "pay by phone" but that takes hours @ you can't see usage, etc. @nationalgridus should be embarrassed and @NYSDPS needs to block any turn-offs or late fees when NG can't even maintain its website.

@nationalgridus your customer portal has been impossible to login to for several days, from any browser that I've tried (Safari, Chrome, or Firefox, all for OS X). I had to resort to the phone number...(1/2)

@nationalgridus I'm downloading an 8-year-old insecure browser to pay one bill! This is nuts! I know it's not your responsibility, but this problem has existed for months if not years at this point. I literally don't remember when the online system worked seamlessly.
