@b25904 @VerizonSupport @AGMauraHealey @Xfinity I actually just went on their website and followed the steps to sign up for new service. The last step showed all the available installation times. They had pretty much any time in the next couple days available!

@thomasdcameron @VZWSupport @googlefi Very sympathetic to your problem @thomasdcameron nothing beats the old unlimited. I hate to love @verizon but they’ve got the best network. If you have @comcast try their wireless service that runs over Verizon network for less. And do let us know how google fi is.

Also, @comcast @Xfinity please fix your 5G service. I can’t even connect to the network and I’ve called customer service numerous times. Other options sound better, might go @verizon thanks @comcastcares

Lost power early this morning and when the power returned my @Comcast cable TV did not return. Happen to anyone else? I am so sick of my cable tv issues. Comcast says they need to send a tech tomorrow. Cable worked fine before the power outage.

@comcastcares a wire is down in my yard and across the busy sidewalk in front of my house! Police asked me to reach out to you to have it fixed and your representative told me it couldn't be fixed until June 10. It needs to be fixed today!

Been on the phone with Comcast for an hour and had to slowly and painfully spell out the name of my WiFi network which is “Bieber Fever” and now the 36 year old lady has been talking to me about how she loves him and Backstreet Boys and is telling me her life story

@comcast SUCKS. Have called 3 times with internet issue & system runs a modem reset with the promise I can speak to a rep after & instead hangs up on me. Impossible to get anyone on phone to help. Cant WAIT 4 our area to get @verizonfios so we can be done with such awful service!

@xfinity @comcastcares I am switching to @verizon ASAP after my experience today trying to have a downed wire in my neighborhood fixed. I was told someone could come out 3 days from now! Completely unacceptable at a time when we are all working from home & it's a safety issue!

Ever since @NESN started offering streaming, their cable feeds have been absolute trash on @Xfinity Both video and sound are so jank that it makes anything damn near unwatchable.

Well my days of paying $50/mo for @Xfinity are over. Now I'm paying 90 for some voice service I'll never use now now 300mb instead of 200mb now and no data cap with the xfi modem... Hopefully the functionality of the xFI doesn't force me to make it a layer 2 device to my FW.

@ATTHelp Between this and constant buffering I am looking to leave. I am signing up for Comcast gigabit pro to eliminate your fiber as the issue. If it continues to buffer I will be cancelling with evidence that the issue is you.

@cheapskateblog You’ll have to accept their free box simply to get the service. You don’t actually have to use it (there’s an app) but you must have it sent to you. Wait a bit after receiving it as you have to create a Peaco*ck account and then link your Xfinity account to it.
