Everyone should know what xfinity has done to my family and is still doing...my bill is always paid, but going on 6mo of sub par service and ruined memories...Comcast cares about Comcast. My 7yr old said they ARE A BAD COMPANY cause they took our money...and we don't get service.

@Xfinity It would be great if I weren’t getting 38 Mbps down When I’m paying for 200 Mbps down. I work from home and the minimum speed to support systems is 20 Mbps but the most efficient leave work at 70+Mbps. I’m having a hard time performing my job because of this.

Well my days of paying $50/mo for @Xfinity are over. Now I'm paying 90 for some voice service I'll never use now now 300mb instead of 200mb now and no data cap with the xfi modem... Hopefully the functionality of the xFI doesn't force me to make it a layer 2 device to my FW.

@ATTHelp Between this and constant buffering I am looking to leave. I am signing up for Comcast gigabit pro to eliminate your fiber as the issue. If it continues to buffer I will be cancelling with evidence that the issue is you.

@cheapskateblog You’ll have to accept their free box simply to get the service. You don’t actually have to use it (there’s an app) but you must have it sent to you. Wait a bit after receiving it as you have to create a Peaco*ck account and then link your Xfinity account to it.
