I wonder how fast @comcast could get me set up...currently @WOWcare is telling me I’m SOL until Tuesday despite the fact I work from home and need working internet by Monday. This is after gaslighting me and trying to say there’s no issue on their end.

@TMobile I don't understand why you as a company would put out a product that is a complete POS...I am talking about your Home Internet Service. The gateway is garbage, the service is garbage and I am sorry I made the mistake of leaving Xfinity to sign up for 2MP Internet service

@Xfinity so cool how you stop service in the middle of my work after not being able to access the internet in which I pay and rely on to do my job for several hours today. I baslostbouy on an entire day's work and disappointed a bunch of people because I could not connect.

Today in how is this the future: been wo WiFi and no update from @comcast or @comcastcares and still expected to pay for no service. We will probably be given $8 for this “interruption” 🚮

@comcastcares My god Xfinity internet is straight dogpoop. Video play ing perfectly until a second person in my household starts watching netflix , then its constant buffering. Then every time someone comes to my home to “fix” internet it ends up beingWORSE. Absolutely fed up...

@TMobileHelp If you want to help me then reimburse me the early termination fees I paid to cancel my Xfinity service and pay the reconnection fees. I must say T-Mobile got me good on this, sold me me big time on this garbage service!

@sacca Noticed the thread was much longer after I replied. The context of what happened is awful. Sounds to me like you were up against Comcast more than any other force. In this case, Teachers’ Unions, who I tend to trust as reasonable, good faith actors, may be flexing.

@comcast I’m reading this on my phone (thank you Verizon Wireless) while enduring a Comcast outage of more than 12 hours. Support says, “We don’t know when it will be fixed.” I can’t even connect to an xfinitywifi hotspot... At least my bathroom is now clean...
